Where is cheap to go on holiday? I mean ridiculously cheap?

I have never been on holiday before and really want to go. I don't have any money so it would have to be somewhere cheap, but still good enough to be worth getting a loan for.
I would love to go to the caribbean but I overstand that it is too expensive so I would be happy going anywhere really, except party holiday places or Spain.
Have you been somewhere that was cheap, all inclusive, but still nice that you can recommend?..

Oh yeah, sorry I live near London in the UK.
And I guess under £400 is what I would call cheap for all inclusive, hotel and flights.
Was thinking maybe a eurotunnel to Paris would be cheap but found nothing under £1000 yet :(
ALSO I was thinking to go for my birthday in November and for 4 or 5 nights MAX.

Don't go on a £400 holiday on a loan. This is ridiculous and you can't afford it. What is wrong with you people. Don't get into debts for a holiday. You can have as good a time nearer home.
And have you found your passport yet ?
