Where is the best place to go in the Caribbean with your grilfriend?
My girlfriend and I are planning a trip to the Caribbean at the end of November. We are going to get a cheap deal off selloffvacations.com at the last minute. I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations or things to look out for when planning this trip? I don't want to get there and have nothing for us to do, and we do not want to end up in a dump.
The only thing I know so far is we need to get at least a 4 star resort, and were going for all inclusive.
Without knowing what you like to do, it is hard to recommend specific locations, but at any rate I suggest you talk to a Travel agent that specializes in the Caribbean. I good agent will ask you a lot of questions and get to know you and then recommend several options for you. As far as resorts go, 4 star means some different to each person, for example does that mean butler service and lots of marble, or does it mean big rooms, fancy meals, great alcohol selections, lots of in resort activities. Maybe that means you really just want an ocean FRONT room right over the beach. Even for us professionals who have been to a lot of places it still takes us a lot of time to find the right place for clients, so try a travel agent, if you don't like the answer you can still use a click agency and take your chances.

When would be the best time to go to the Bahamas, the Caribbean and Jamaica?
I'm planning a vacation and some options are the Bahamas (e.g. Atlantis), the Caribbean and Jamiaca (.e.g. Beaches)! What's the best time (MONTH) to go to each? The best time where there's minimum rain, maximum sunshine and the lowest temperature at 65-70 with the highest at 80-90? Mid to low storms would also be good.

All year round its summer in Jamaica, pretty warm. Winter (although we do not have winter here, but about that time of the year) its rainy, but coming down to summer its ceases the beaches are usually windy and cool, and you can expect that at anytime. Storm season is september to december, so its pretty rainy then. Summer is also a good time to get fruits like mangoes as that is their season. Cheapest may be in off season like March April May, Summer and winter especially winter will be high seasons.... may be your travel agent can give a more accurate picture of the seasons and their costs, either way i think you will have a good time...its the experience that matters!

Where should I go on holiday?
Me and my friend are looking for a last minute holiday deal. We can go at any point within the next 4 weeks However, we need a good location to go. We're both 22 year old males by the way.
We would ideally like someone where with:
Beach & hot weather bearing in mind it will probably be November before we can travel.
A reasonable nightlife - we don't plan on it being a party holiday but a couple of nights out would be nice.
Something to do during the day (sightseeing etc.)
Price isn't as much of an issue as finding an good location but price should still be taken somewhat into account. We're probably not going to be able to get the Caribbean on our budget for example unless anyone is aware of any really good deals.
Also if anyone has any suggestions of the best websites to find these last minutes deals then that would be great.

You could go to the Helensburgh, a lovely little coastal town on the West of Scotland. I don't live there but I've been many times and I love it! It has great scenery, a fantastic beach and a fantastic hotel called The Commodore. Also, Helensburgh Golf Club is a must for all the budding golfers out there.The inventor of THE TELEVISION was born there so there is a sense of pride in the area. It is a mere 40 minutes from Glasgow airport with buses and taxes available. There is quite good nightlife and also you could go to Glasgow for the nightlife on a half an hour train journey. There is a train station in Helensburgh town centre. Lastly, there is a small theme park on the front, many restaurants to eat at, and the fantastic Cameron House resort is only twenty minutes away. You can have nice nature walks and bike rides. Have a good holiday whatever you choose. Hope I have helped.

Hey so I have spring break starting it a week and a half, and I'm trying to find a cheap place for me and my friends to go to get out of the crappy Pacific Northwest. What are some cheap locations that you'd recommend? Also, this isn't required, but we'd like to go somewhere with a more lenient drinking age, maybe somewhere in Mexico or Caribbean or whatever. South Padre, Texas is the place i would recommend when it comes to price, its in the US, Rowdy college kids are there during spring break. MTV sets up there at times. PLUS the good thing is that its really close to Mexico, i think you can take a bus there pay 3$ to get inside mexico, drinking age i think is 18 or 16 i forgot. So awesome place to go
Well in summer is my birthday, And my parents know that im a really Disneyfan. I love the theme parks. So i want to go to Disneyland in summer, but my family has never been there. Are there any near Attraction and parks (Im looking forward mostly theme parks and Hollywood). And twat hotel would be cheap and good. And lastly do you guys recommend me to stay in Hollywood or in Anaheim??

Closest to Disneyland Resort would be Knott's Berry Farm.
Next would be Universal Studios Hollywood, the #2 destination in LA.
Finally, Six Flags Magic Mountain is about 70 miles nort of Disneyland.
Places to Stay:
Since LA is so spread out, there is no single place that is close to EVERYTHING. Most people who come here tend to stay in Hollywood, Santa Monica, or Anaheim.
In Hollywood, I recommend the Renaissance Hotel at Hollywood and Highland, the Best Western Sunset Plaza, or the Holiday Inn Walk of Fame.
In Santa Monica, the Holiday Inn Santa Monica is close to the pier and reasonably priced.
In Anaheim, I recommend the Howard Johnson (HoJo) Anaheim, and the Candy Cane Inn.
Anaheim is a bit nicer and cleaner. You can visit Downtown Disney at night, and see fireworks every night.
