Best Caribbean island for a honeymoon?

I'm looking for ideas on where to go in the southern caribbean for a honeymoon. One big issue i have is finding an island in which the overall island is beautiful and safe. I do not want to feel trapped at a resort or have people pushing you to buy their products while you are on the beach.

The Barbados beach club has 3 restaurants on site and one of them is buffet the other two are a la carte. The two a la carte are seafood and the other is Italian.
