Questions about my destination wedding....?

I was looking into sandals resorts in Jamaica more towards Ocho Rios. I know it's a couples only resort but has a sister resort called beaches. I would really love my brother to be a part of my ceremony but he is only 14 turning 15. Can he be able to attend?? If not, What other resorts are just as beautiful that allow children besides Beaches resort (cause to me it isn't as pretty as Sandals)? Also when is it usually Hurricane season in the Caribbean??? Need exact months please LOL. Any personal experiences would help too. Thanks!

Hurricane season in the Caribbean is August-October.

I suggest the Atlantis Resort in Bahamas, it is fantastic! Family friendly, private beach, large casino, great accommodations, private aquarium, best water park in the Caribbean. We just came from there and it is fabulous.

Is there a place where I can get some Caribbean culture and food in Nashville after I graduate from college? ?

This place seems to be void of Caribbean food and culture in the main scene of Nashville. Whenever I want to get some food, I have to drive all the way to Antioch. Is there something that I am missing? And PLEASE do not mention Calypso Cafe because that is not authentic and an insult to the food of the Caribbean islands. If you know of anything, or have suggestions, please let me know. Thank you!!!

How long should i wait to go swimming with a new tattoo?

I am getting a small kanji (japanese) symbol on the inside of my wrist tomorrow afternoon in all black ink. At the end of May i will be going on a cruise to the Caribbean, is that enough time for my tat to heal? I will be swimming in pools and the ocean...

Tattoos, regardless of size or placement, need 4-6 weeks to heal completely. Since it is the end of May you should be fine, but, if there are any signs of peeling or scabbing, you need to stay out of the water, especially the ocean. It's not so much that you'll ruin the tattoo, but you run the risk of getting an infection. The ocean is a cesspool of bacteria, and people who get in too early, always seem to come down with an infection.

Vacation spot advice, Caribbean or Florida?

Hi everyone!

Last week I celebrated my parents 30th Anniversary They are in there mid to late 60s. and they want to go on a vacation to the Carribean (St. Thomas, they were looking at), but they saw that its easy for people to get Takin Advantage of. So know a sunny vacation spot for 4-5 days?
Heres a condition though, my dad has heart conditions. So you think it is safe for him to be walking around in 85 degree weather, so thats why I was looking at Florida Keys. Is the weather less humid in Florida than Carribean? Whats better?

There is very little difference between Florida and the Caribbean and , if anything, it's cooler in the Cribbean than in south Florida. Why not book them a trip on a nice CRUISE SHIP.. they are all airconditioned and they go to multiple ports.. plus all cruise ships have great restaurants and entertainment. It won't cost any more.. and probably not as much.. as going to the Virgin Islands. As a plus, ALL cruise ships have a DOCTOR and a small emergency room on board, should that be necessary.

The best way to find the cruise ship that would fit them the best, I would recommend a travel agent becuaes EVERY cruise ship has it's own personality and it's own itinerary and I don't think you parents would appreciate being stuck on a CHILD FRIENDLY CRUISE such as CARNIVAL or DISNEY when they would appreciate a more ADULT oriented cruise line such as Celebrity Cruiselines.
